Among the awards she has received include the International Professional Award in 2006 and Indonesia Product Service & Excellence Award in 2007.

Her solid training, extensive experience and exemplar ‘dental chair-side’ manner has made her one of the leading practitioners in dental cosmetology in Indonesia.

Dr. Lita, as she is called by her patients, stands apart from other practitioners in that she considers with great care any dental treatment that a prospective patient may consult her with in the context of the person’s general health. She considers good dental health as essential to one’s well being and will go to great lengths to explain how a persistent headache or a chronic backache may in fact be related to teeth-related problems. When considering your plan of treatment, she makes sure that she treats your teeth not in isolation with the rest of your body. She is known for her excellent ‘dental chair-side’ manner which is particularly appreciated by her patients, both adults and children.

Writing a book about good dental hygiene and practice has long been Dr Lita’s personal aspiration. She laments most people’s attitude in Indonesia towards teeth-related problems, making them the lowest priority in the scheme of medical concerns – they are considered unimportant and trivial. “Until today, information about maintaining good teeth and general dental care are not as accessible or taken as seriously as it should be,” she asserts. She has made a contribution to correcting this lack of information with the launching of her book recently. It is an easy-to-read-and-digest informative book on how you to take good care of your teeth and maintain good dental health throughout your life.

Dr. Lita does not confine her practice to her clinic. She and her staff also hold regular free clinics for underprivileged children in her community She also leads a number of seminars and workshop forum throughout the year for newly trained dental practitioners in Jakarta.
